SIG SAUER SP2022 9MM
This is the pistol that I carry every day and I love it. It shoots accurately, disassembles easily, and the polymer frame makes it lightweight and easy to carry for extended periods of time. I've heard that it's being discontinued, so I recommend buying one while you still can.
GLOCK 17 9MM
This was my first pistol and I'll never get rid of it. Glocks are virtually indestructible and they function very smoothly. Also, it's easier to disassemble and maintain than any other pistol that I've ever used. Whether you plan to use it as your concealed carry firearm or just have fun with it at the range, this pistol is a great addition to any gun collection.
TAURUS 605 STAINLESS STEEL .357 MAGNUM
This is a very reliable revolver. It's very durable and it shoots very accurately. The two-inch barrel makes it very easy to conceal. One nice thing about a .357 magnum is that it can also shoot .38 special ammunition, which produces less recoil.
BERSA THUNDER .380
An inexpensive, comfortable, concealable, and reliable semi-automatic pistol. It would work well personal protection and also as a back-up firearm.
